Pricing for software should be as simple as possible.

Unfortunately, a lot of CRM companies don’t make it simple.  They offer multiple pricing plans — usually designed to make your commitment progressively more expensive over time.

You’ll start with a ‘Basic’ plan.  The basic plan might even be free.  But as time goes on and your business grows–the additional features you now need only become available with a more expensive, ‘Premium’ or ‘Pro’ plan.
Some vendors even require more expensive plans based on user counts alone–while offering no new features.  Some even force small businesses to buy expensive consulting engagements when they undertake these forced upgrades!
