We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature in LoTops — automated Reminders.

Reminders are emails sent from LoTops to users to remind them of important events, including the birthdays and anniversaries of contacts and allies and when it is time to follow up with a client about a product renewal.

Reminders will automatically recognize whether an insurance product renews on a yearly or bi-annual basis.

Each user can choose to have LoTops send email reminders either on the day of an event or a week beforehand.

Additionally, when you mark a contact or deal as ‘Lost’ in LoTops, you’ll now be prompted to set a date to have a reminder sent to follow up.
