Frequent Questions


Do you charge per user?

No. We don’t.
You pay a single, flat-fee for your entire company to access LoTops.
For just $30 dollars each month, you can have 5 users, 35 users or 100 users. Your price doesn’t change.


Do you charge more for premium features?

No. We don’t.
We have one all-inclusive plan that includes access to all of our powerful features.
We regularly add new features to LoTops and when we do all of our customers automatically get access to these features for no additional cost.


How does your free trial work?

You’ll get full access to LoTops for 14 days. We don’t require a credit card to sign up for the free trial.
At the end of the 14 day free trial, you’ll be prompted to sign up for a paid account if you’d like to continue using LoTops.


Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. We do.
For teams of three users or fewer, LoTops is free. If you sign up for a free trial and have three or fewer users, you’ll never be prompted to sign up for a paid account.

It will be just like your free trial goes on forever.

You’ll have full access to LoTops. The one limitation is that you can only store up to 1 GB of files in LoTops under the free plan. If you’d like more file storage, you’ll need to sign up for a paid plan.
