Reminders Overview

Reminders are emails sent from LoTops to Users to remind them of important events.

Each User can configure their own Reminders by accessing the Reminders Interface in User Settings.

You can choose to have Reminders sent to you either on the day of or a week in advance of the Birthdays and Anniversaries of your Contacts and Allies.

You can also choose to have Reminders sent to you either on the day of or a week in advance for renewals of Insurance Products. These Renewal Reminders will automatically take into account whether the Insurance Product you sold is annual or bi-annual.

Note also that when you mark either a Deal or a Contact as ‘Lost,’ you will be prompted to set a time for a Reminder to follow-up on the Lost Deal or Lost Contact.
