Custom Fields Overview
Custom Fields in LoTops allow you to collect special information about the people you do business with that is uniquely important to your agency.
The Custom Fields interface in Admin Settings allows you to create or edit Custom Fields that will appear in the Info Tab of either your Contacts or Allies.
Custom Fields in LoTops give you great flexibility about the type of data you collect — you can create data fields that collect currency numbers, phone numbers, dates on the calendar or blocks of text. You can also present your users with pre-set options by creating dropdowns and checkboxes.
Note that at this time, data collected in Custom Fields will not be available in Reports and cannot be used for sorting or filtering Allies or Contacts.
